Full Stack Developer for Enterprise Software

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with strong automation skills to join our growing team. You will play a key role in building, testing, and automating scalable web applications. Your expertise will drive the full development lifecycle, including designing, developing, testing, and deploying both front-end and back-end applications, with a particular focus on automation for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop & Maintain Web Applications: Design and build both front-end and back-end components using modern technologies.
• Automation Frameworks: Design, develop, and implement automation tools for testing, deployment, and monitoring of applications.
• API Development & Integration: Develop and integrate RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automating deployment, testing, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance performance and scalability.
• Code Reviews & Best Practices: Ensure code quality through comprehensive code reviews and adherence to best practices.
• Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain documentation for both technical solutions and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Front-End Skills:
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Back-End Skills:
• Expertise in Node.js, Python (with Django/Flask), Java, or C#.
• Experience with database management (SQL & NoSQL) – MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
Automation & CI/CD:
• Strong experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Jest).
• Proven ability to create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI/CD, Travis CI, or similar.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Version Control & Development Tools:
• Proficient in Git and GitHub/GitLab.
• Familiar with build tools and package managers such as Webpack, NPM etc
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with test automation tools for UI, API, and performance testing.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with security best practices in full-stack development.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic.
