Full Stack Developer Needed for AI-powered Clinic CRM (IIT Roorkee Incubated Startup) -- 2
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are building VDocs, a healthtech startup focused on digitizing patient records and clinic workflows in India.
Our platform acts as a clinic CRM, helping doctors manage appointments, patient history, lab reports, and AI-powered health summaries.
The MVP is already built and being used by real clinics in pilot deployments.
We are now looking for a serious full-stack developer who can take ownership of development, maintain the platform, fix issues quickly, and help us scale the product.
The platform currently includes:
1. Clinic Dashboard - Patient registration, Patient medical records, Appointment management, Lab report uploads
2. Patient Health Data - Storage of prescriptions, Upload of diagnostic reports, medical history tracking
3. AI Layer for Remarks and Workflow
4. Operational Tools - WhatsApp notifications, Report sharing, Clinic workflow management
The goal is to make the clinic workflow faster, digital, and paperless.
We are looking for a developer who can:
Maintain and improve the existing codebase
Fix bugs and production issues quickly
Build new features requested by clinics
Improve UI/UX and performance
Work on integrations (WhatsApp, APIs, labs, etc.)
Help scale the platform as more clinics onboard
Current stack includes:
Frontend: React / Next.js
Backend: Node.js / Express (or Django if applicable)
Database: PostgreSQL / MongoDB
Cloud: AWS / VPS
Integrations: WhatsApp API, file storage for reports
Bonus / Preference:
Developers who are open to working from office (Greater Noida) or hybrid will be preferred, as it helps in faster collaboration with the team and clinics during the early stage.
