Full-Stack Developer Needed for Secure Induction Platform (Laravel + React)
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build a secure and scalable induction platform. The platform will consist of a back-office system for managing inductions and a user-facing interface for completing training modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a secure web application using Laravel (PHP 8.2) for the backend and React (TypeScript) for the frontend.
- Implement authentication and role-based access control for administrators.
- Create a user-friendly interface for managing video-based training modules, quizzes, and user submissions.
- Develop a submission tracking system with a secure database (MySQL) to store user responses.
- Implement a notification system to send emails upon submission completion.
- Ensure the system is scalable, maintainable, and secure.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Laravel (PHP 8.2) and React (TypeScript).
- Strong experience in building secure authentication and role-based access systems.
- Expertise in MySQL database management and structuring scalable data models.
- Experience integrating email services (SMTP or third-party APIs like SendGrid or Mailgun).
- Ability to develop intuitive admin dashboards for content and user management.
- Familiarity with video handling, including secure uploads and playback.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with UI/UX mockups and implementing designs accordingly.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with drag-and-drop UI functionality.
- Knowledge of DevOps and deployment best practices.
- Familiarity with security best practices to prevent unauthorised data access.
