Overview:
I have a fully developed front-end for an apartment listing platform. It includes property search with filters, map display, user dashboard, admin dashboard, and sample listings using mock data.
I am looking for a full-stack developer to:
• Connect the front-end to a real backend using Supabase
• Implement real-time user authentication and database storage
• Set up a scraping system to populate property data
• Build a “Claim Your Listing” system for property managers
• Configure Stripe for payment and listing upgrades

You Will Be Provided With:
• All front-end code (React with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS)
• Admin dashboard with property management features
• Filter and search components
• Sample listings and mock database
• Clear schema for property listings and user roles

Responsibilities:
1. Supabase Integration
• Replace mock data with Supabase as the live backend
• Set up and secure the database schema: properties, users, claims, reviews, transactions
• Implement real-time authentication and user session management
• Integrate file storage (for photos and floorplans)
• Use Row Level Security to restrict edit access by property manager
2. Scraping System
• Build a scraping script (or connect a tool like Puppeteer or Browse AI) to collect apartment listings from sources such as Google Maps, Yelp, Craigslist, and public rental directories
• Extract: property name, address, phone, website, amenities, photos, pricing, and specials
• Populate Supabase with scraped data and update it periodically (weekly or daily)
3. Claim Your Listing Functionality
• Add a “Claim This Listing” button for unverified properties
• Build a verification system (email/phone/website check or admin approval)
• Grant claimants access to edit and upgrade their listing via the dashboard
• Track claimed vs. unclaimed status in Supabase
4. Stripe Integration
• Enable Stripe for listing upgrades: featured placement, verified status, video tour upload
• Process payments and store transaction history
• Handle payment webhooks and access control based on successful purchases
