Full Stack Developer

I am looking for a full stack developer to make some changes on my website, I request script kiddies to stay away. Freelancer who can actually read and modify code according to requirements should place bids on this project. Also you will work on my system using any desk, as I won't be able to provide you any access to the server for security reasons.
