Full Stack Develop Needed - Long Term

A full stack developer is needed who has experience in the following technologies: Angular 4+, Laravel Framework, Node.js, MySQL. The developer should be capable of solving complex problems particularly in the space of route optimization and combinatorial optimization for transportation systems. This is a long term project where the developer will need to provide updates on the work done on a weekly basis.
