Full Integration of Two Custom PHP Systems into ERPGo SaaS (Multi-Tenant Core Modules
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We have two fully functional PHP systems (not using any framework) that we want to integrate as native modules inside ERPGo SaaS
Note: ERPGo SaaS is already installed and working perfectly on our server.
Currently, these systems operate for a single company using a shared database and manual workflows. Our goal is to convert them into full SaaS modules, integrated into ERPGo’s architecture — with tenant awareness, subscription control, user roles, and full onboarding.
These are **not just standalone tools or menu items**. They must become **core parts of the ERPGo system** — tied into the company signup flow, module activation system, and tenant data separation.
**Main Goals**
* Migrate both legacy systems into **native ERPGo modules**, following Laravel standards
* Enable **multi-tenant support** (each company with isolated data or separate DBs)
* Allow **self-signup from public landing page**, selecting modules during registration
* Each company can manage branches, users, suppliers, invoices, etc.
* Only subscribed modules are visible per tenant
* Superadmin can enable/disable modules per company
* Add **monthly billing logic per active module**
**Modules to Integrate**
1. SINPE / Bank Transfer Tracking Module
* Register and manage bank phone numbers / accounts
* Automatically detect SINPE / bank transfer deposits (email + SMS based)
* Filterable history, export to Excel/PDF
* Confirmation panel with edit/delete
* Dashboard: daily, weekly, monthly totals
* Already in daily production use – just needs full ERPGo multi-tenant adaptation
2. Import Cost Management Module
* Upload supplier invoices (manually or via Excel)
* Add expenses: customs, taxes, freight, handling, etc.
* Automatically calculate real cost per product
* Cost analyzer, filters, invoice breakdown
* Export to Excel/PDF
* Already working — needs refactor as modular tenant-aware feature

* Tenants (companies) must only access their own data
* Superadmin:
* Manages companies and module access
* Views module usage and billing per tenant
* Each module is **optional and billed separately**
Example:
* Client *Juan* signs up and activates **only** SINPE → sees only SINPE in dashboard
* Client *José* activates both → gets access to full tools
**Deliverables**
