Notice: If you are unable to provide a mockup, you MUST be able to provide us with a website that would resemble the many features we need in this project. Please provide those based on the information below provided by us.
We have settled on Wordpress to be the CMS and will need a website built on it. It must have HTML 5 with scrolling graphics, a polished look, and have all plugins and other information. Furthermore, we will require that the awarded contract to provide all materials in creating the website, intellectual property will be ours alone, and a non-disclosure agreement must be signed.
As a Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP), I am looking for a professional, user-friendly website. This website needs to integrate seamlessly with HubSpot CRM (NOTE: It does not have to be HubSpot as our CRM as long as you can provide either a CRM that is equal to it or have developed something with similar abilities) and contain several crucial features:
Customer Access Section:
- The customer section should allow billing and payment processing, as well as support ticket submissions.
E-commerce Functionalities:
- The site should handle service subscription management, sales of our hardware products, and capable of implementing promotional discounts and offers.
Design and Technical Requirements:
- The website must be built using HTML5 and CSS, and be easy to navigate and visually appealing.
- Preferred CMS is Wordpress if the design is exceptionally polished.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with Wordpress.
- Proficient in HTML5 and CSS.
- Prior experience in developing e-commerce websites.
- Knowledgeable in HubSpot CRM for seamless integration. (Again, HubSpot can be switched out with another CRM as long as it serves the same abilities as HubSpot.)
- Strong understanding of user-friendly design principles and professional aesthetics.
We are wanting to keep track of our customer database. We need a control panel for each customer to see what they have paid out. Plus, they need to be able to have the ability to submit support tickets and cancel or upgrade their packages. On our end, we need a control panel to see all of our customers and their needs. When they submit a claim to have troubleshooting, look up invoicing, we will manually cancel their plans when we request a cancelation or upgrade their service when they make that request, plus we wish to be able to have statistics on what the customer is looking at and how we can tailor our services to gain a better return on investment
For the right web developer, we will give an allowance for 90 days to who will do the developing if necessary as long as you meet our requirements and develop the website to our specifications.
