The platform should allow users to connect their Facebook Pages and Instagram Business Accounts, build automated chat flows (drag-and-drop style), manage contacts (CRM), send broadcast messages

Auto-responder to DMs and post comments

Support for multiple FB/IG accounts per user (based on plan)

Auto Posting (optional in phase 2):
Schedule posts to Facebook/Instagram

Auto-reply to comments

Broadcast Center:
Send scheduled campaigns via Messenger


Dashboard & CRM:
Show total subscribers, flows created, messages sent

Contact list with filters, tags, actions (export, broadcast)
