Frontend programming to convert our website
Budget: $10 – $200 USD
Looking for serious candidate who is willing to complete a sample task!
We are primarily looking for a developer who is proficient in frontend programming to convert our website design in to a full functional, scalable, fast loading website. The solution should be compatible to what backend developer need for creating CMS from this new custom design (attached)
We know, we can get the frontend done easily but we have faced the problem when we converted this template from a random guy who didn't think about how it will be implemented by backend developer in CMS. The solution was not compatible to implement that frontend code in backend programming for creating, features like, dynamic page adding where we can add new sections and their content from admin panel
We are not looking for solution where over javascript is used to maintain the design flow. Because it will be hard for backend developer to make it dynamic (so that we can easily add new pages and their content via admin panel)
So the solution we are looking for should be concise.. the frontend developer should be able to convert this website design (attached) in to a working html template so that backend developer can easily integrate it for CMS

Task:
Create a code snippet of two to 3 sections. Each sections has its own grey pattern backend and each section is ended by an arc of different design..
Please note again: We are looking for a solution where backend developer can easily integrate it into a CMS where we can add new pages, sections and content from admin panel.
