Front end developer needed for laravel project

I have got a website, but not very happy with the front end-loading time. I need someone to help to recreate the front end. I dont mind if you use vue js, nuxt js, but definetly not bootstrap. I need fast loading time and very clean html, css code.
You need to make the website mobile responsive as well.
There are around 6 pages you need to create. All designs are ready. You just need to create html, css version of it.
Knowledge with laravel is required, because you need to be able to make connections with backend.
I dont have a bog budget for this project, but you can consider this as a beginning of new long term partnership.
