Front end developer for redesign a Bootstrap 4 eCommerce template

Hi, we are looking for a frontend developer to help us redesign a Bootstrap 4 eCommerce template.
You can check the current working site at www.distrifarma.com.ec (ACTUAL site) but we want to change the look&feel with the screen attached in this post. (NEW site)
The new template will reuse all the current calls to functions that return the ACTUAL store content. Only small php changes will be necessary.
We have the design of the main screens of the site in .PSD format. In total there are 19 pages, some of the pages like the shopping Cart Process keep the same design as the actual. Header/footer for all of them are the same.
It is important that the developer reuses what we currently have so that the site works correctly once the NEW design is finished.
