I am seeking to create the Vendor Portal,
Service is I have a Delivery service , which delivers the products and parcels to the Company or any individual users, mainly to the companies. I will use a predefined delivery Managment system, and will be using their API and connecting it to the Portal you will create so all the features of the Software will be automatically integrated into the portal.
The process can be like this,
VendorEnd
Registration / Login - Vendors can sign up for the portal. And get to see the dashboard.
Dashboard - After registration, they will land on this page, and get to see all the details about the running task.
Shipment - In the dashboard, they will get to see this tab, where all the shipment that is done or running with the organization for them will be listed. Also able to view the Shipment status, also able to track it, like Unassigned, Assigned, Active, Completed, etc.
Notification - In every step, the vendor will get a notification.
Wallet - There will also have a main feature like the Wallet, which will be for tracking the money in some cases the payment will be done by the COD, and in those cases, the vendor will update the portal after paying the money, so the vendor and the service provider both can track the Payment be made in The COD.
Organization / Service Provider
You will be represented as a Service Provider.
Vendor Management - You will have the option to Add, edit or delete any Vendor from the portal. Also can check the vendor details and their profiles.
Payment - you can check and track the payment made by the vendor.
Shipment Assignment - You have the option to Assign and Unassign any shipment task. after you assign the same only vendor will get further notifications and updates.
The functionalities of the vendor portal except the Wallet can be managed with the API, but the features of the Admin portal here as the Service Provider end will need to be done manually.
PS : any auto submission will not be looked at. Mention clarity the coding platform you’ll use along with time line
