Front-End Developer Needed for Community Platform

I'm looking for a proficient front-end developer who is well versed in UX/UI layout and PHP Laravel. The main objective of this project is to transform an already well-advanced community platform into a visually attractive and easy-to-use website.
I'm looking for a developer specialized in front-end, UX/UI layout to create the entire layout of a new platform idea (Preferably get in touch if you have already participated in creating the layout of a project with these characteristics). with 3d layout. Furthermore, the dev needs to have specialties such as PHP, Laravel, mainly to make some necessary corrections to the business rules of my current and online platform.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Front-end development skills
- Strong understanding of 3D UX/UI design principles
- Previous experience working with PHP Laravel
- Ability to work collaboratively with the existing platform
