From MySQL to Googlesheet
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
This project is aimed at extracting data from MySQL database and exporting them to google sheet.
You need to follow the steps of the project described below in order to complete it successfully.
1. You need to know a website (similar to 000webshost) where you can host a PHP/MySQL for free. The service should include remote access to the MySQL Database. If you cannot do this, please adjust your price accordingly.
2. You need to design a PHP/HTML page that allows users to insert data into MySQL Database Form. One example is given on this link. https://www.tutsmake.com/php-code-insert-data-into-mysql-database-from-form/
The form should contain the following fields:
2.1. Date
The date should show like below. The default date is today’s date.
2.2. COA Code – Description

So this step requires Autocomplete Search Record From Database Using Bootstrap 4, PHP, MySQLi & Ajax
The content of the autocomplete is
Types: Variable with maximum 100 characters
4100000 - AAAAA
4100001 - BBBBB
4100002 - CCCCC
4200000 - DDDDD
4200001 - EEEEE
4200002 - FFFFF
4300000 - GGGG
2.3 Debit
In Currency Rupiah Rp with 2 decimal number after the comma
2.4 Credit
In Currency Rupiah Rp with 2 decimal number after the comma
3. If you refer back to point 1 and you cannot find a free PHP/MySQL solution, I want you to give a short description of what to do on configuring the MySQL database.
4. Please open a free Google account. Open a google sheet with the following headers:
A1: Date
B1: COA Code – Description
C1: Debit
D1: Credit
5. Please use the Castodia trial version to extract the MySQL data into the google sheet.
