Freshservice - Ticket Merge Tool

We are looking for a developer with proofable Freshservice knowledge who can help building an API script to merge tickets when certain contains are matched. Preferably the script should be able run in combination with the workflow automator so that each time a new ticket is created the script checks whether the predefined conditions do match to merge a ticket.
