A robust, efficient, and user-friendly system that can help me keep a tight rein on my fresh produce orders is what I'm in need of.
Primarily, the Airtable database should ensure the following:
- Track each order's customer name and contact information, product details (type, quantity, price), delivery date and location, AWB and weight.
- Use unique invoice numbers to track orders instead of the conventional Order ID.
Despite, the client's disinterest in handling inventory management, the door can always be left open for future additions.
The ideal freelancer for this job is someone well-versed in database design and management, with proven expertise in creating custom databases tailored to business needs. Experience in ecommerce or order tracking systems would be a significant plus.
