I need a simple customisation of the FreeScout: User permissions on emails / data isolation for users & mailboxes.
Admin assign each email (client) to a user, and the user can’t see all the emails in the mailbox, will see only the emails assigned to him. To be able to choose each message (conversation form) to display per user , in this way it would be possible to inhibit the display of form data to unauthorized users.
Administrators can view all emails, whether they are assigned or unassigned, as is already the default setting.
I want users to be able to see only the emails that have been assigned to them. They should not have visibility of those that are unassigned or assigned to someone else.
Each user will have their own "Tag" and "Custom Folders" and can only view/ access their own folder and messages with their respective tag; They cannot view other messages or folders.
-Has access to Extended Attachments only for attachments sent by the specific client. Does not have access to attachments sent by others.
-Does not see Customers' profile information.
-Does not have access to other messages.
-Can remove their own tag to no longer have access to messages. [Users are allowed to manage tags]
-Each message/ conversation will have a new link (button) called "Show To [user]".
-A user can only see the messages that the administrator has pressed the "Show To [user]" button for and having their own "tag".
PLEASE NOTE:
-we noticed that some modules seem to exchange data transversally between mailboxes. TAGS module creates a single tag for all the boxes created under FreeScout.
-it would be useful if each user could be "compartmentalized". The TAGs of one user mailbox should not be visible from other user mailbox and vice-versa. This compartmentalization it would be appropriate to give an user the possibility of viewing only the customers who have written to the mailboxes accessible by the user.
-the implementation must be thought and executed in such a way that it will work in the future regardless of the updates made by freescout or the other modules.
