Freelancer to update and revamp ecommerce website

Looking for an experienced freelancer with knowledge of woocommerce and wordpress to implement updates, add required fields to checkout, update shipping protocols (rates) and incorporate products restrictions by demographics. In addition we require a quick review of our automated communications and email distribution.
