Freelancer Needed for Job Board Partnership & API Integration (WorkOnward Platform)

WorkOnward is a map-based hiring platform designed to connect employers with job seekers nearby. We are now expanding our reach by integrating with major job boards to distribute our job postings automatically, similar to platforms like Manatal.

Project Overview:
We are looking for a skilled freelancer to initiate partnerships and implement job post distribution with major job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Google for Jobs, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Research & Requirements Gathering
• Identify integration methods (API, XML feeds, etc.) for both free and premium job boards.
• Research partnership or approval requirements for each platform.
2. Target Job Boards Include:
• Free (Organic):
LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Talent.com, Google for Jobs, Glassdoor, MyJobHelper, ZipRecruiter, AviationCV, Sleekjob, Sales Jobs Europe, GrabJobs
• Premium:
Adzuna, CareerBuilder, Dice, JobStreet, LinkedIn Premium, Monster Premium, Nexxt, StepStone, Xing, ZipRecruiter Premium
3. Partnership Outreach
• Communicate with each job board to initiate partnerships or API access.
• Fill out partnership or XML feed request forms.
4. Integration Strategy
• Propose best methods to integrate WorkOnward job postings with each job board.
• Help prepare WorkOnward’s platform for API or XML feed integration.
5. Prototype & Demo
• Set up a working demo of job distribution to at least 3 platforms.
• Confirm job visibility and accuracy on the target job boards.
6. Documentation & Reporting
• Provide detailed integration steps and handoff documentation.
• Track progress across all job boards with weekly updates.

• Strong communication skills for partnership outreach
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple moving parts
• Bonus: Experience working with Manatal or similar ATS systems
