Freelance Web Developer for CSV-based Test & Question Management Tool (JSON Editing + API Integration)

I’m looking for a skilled freelance web developer to create a web-based tool that manages test series data from CSV files containing custom JSON. The tool will allow viewing, editing, and exporting test data with support for multiple languages, image handling via custom API, and advanced question editing features.

Scope of Work:

1. CSV Upload & JSON Parsing:

Upload CSV files with custom JSON for multiple tests.

Parse and display all tests for management.



2. Test & Question Management:

Show a list of all tests from the CSV.

Edit test details (names, sections, etc.).

Display all questions and instructions per test.

Language switch button for viewing/editing questions/instructions in different languages.

For questions with images:

Use my custom API to process images.

Show both original and new images side by side.

Provide a tick option to choose between old/new images.




3. Editing Functionalities:

Add new questions.

Change section names.

Modify question types.

Add mathematical equations.

Support multiple languages per question.



4. Export & Save:

After editing, export data to a new CSV file.

Export should include both old and new JSON data for all tests.




Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

Experience with JSON manipulation & CSV file handling.

Familiarity with REST API integration.

Experience with multilingual data handling.

Ability to work with math rendering libraries (like MathJax/KaTeX) for equations.

Good UI/UX skills to make the interface simple and user-friendly.


Deliverables:

Fully functional web-based tool as per the scope.

Clean, maintainable code with documentation.

Final CSV export functionality with old & new JSON.
