Freelance Developer To Assist Our Team -- 2

Good Evening.
We are looking to work with an independent Mid Level full stack developer to assist us on a range of existing projects (websites and software). The developer will need to be English speaking, sticks to deadlines, communicates well and creates clean and tested code.
We manage a few existing websites; Custom developed. WordPress, and Shopify. We also have a Digital Signage software platform that is web-based and operates on Windows, Linux and Android. We are now branching out into mobile application.
Experience in: PHP (codeignitor), MySQL Java, Javascript, HTML, CSS, C#, .NET, Native React, etc...
We need a dev that can work from a list of tasks, but also assist with advising improvements to maximise sales, UI experience and performance.
We are open to the number of hours. We really want to find the right person that can add value.
