Free Geo-Location API for Scandinavian Addresses

I am in need of help to develop a script that can convert business addresses located in Denmark into geolocation coordinates (latitude/longitude). This will be developed ideally in PHP, but if necessary, classic ASP can also be an acceptable alternative. Importantly, this script should utilize a free API, unlike the paid service offered by Google's GeoLocation API. need to be free for ever!
