Fractal Indicator-Based Trading Extension Needed

I am looking to create a browser extension that will manage trades on the PocketOption platform. This extension should execute trades based on the fractal indicator. Additionally, the extension must have the following features:

- Max Open Trades: I would like the extension to be capable of setting a maximum number of open trades at any given time.
- Martingale System: The martingale system should be ajustable .
- Fractal Indicator Settings: I want the extension to allow me to set the period for the fractal indicator.
- Trade Duration: I should be able to set the duration of each trade.
- Minimum Percent on Asset: The extension should enable me to set a minimum percentage on the asset for trading.
- TradingView Signal: I would like the extension to have the capability to receive TradingView signals via URL. i just pate the link with the webhook tag then is sends the alerts to the extension

Ideal freelancers for this project should have experience in:
