I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with a project to forward email or webhook alerts to a single email address or SMS. The end user should have the ability to easily control how many times and how frequently the message is resent and they will have the ability to easily turn off all forwards or the remaining forwards. This will act like a constant reminder until the end user completes the task.
This is not for marketing or for a business etc. This is simply for personal use. For that reason, the strong preference would be to use a free yet reliable 3rd party system to execute this task; however if a paid service is necessary, I will consider.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in email and webhook forwarding
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PHP, or Node.js
- Knowledge of SMS gateway integration
