Formula for calculating a Human Design Chart

I would like to have an exact calculation for Human Design by entering dates of birth + place of birth, which I can then process further myself. Optionally, this calculation can also be output visually in an SVG chart or a generated JPG/PNG/PDF.
The used programming language should be PHP.
