Formidable Forms Pro - Survey with Structured Reports and Complex Analysis

Good day,
I have a long and complex member survey (74 multi-part questions) built using Formidable Forms Pro in Wordpress, and is saved to the Wordpress database. This quiz is used on a dating site to build compatibility between members.
Functionality:
The core functionality of the site and the member survey is as follows.
- This is a dating site in which once the new member creates a profile, the member completes the "Compatibility Survey". Then it is saved to the Wordpress database linked by the User Table->UserID field.
- The survey is made up of personality questions that are radio button selection or multiple selection options.
- Each member can only complete the survey once.
- The member can click on a link at the top of the internal (authenticated) dashboard that shows their customized list of members that they are compatible with.
- the member can click on a link to see their personality profile, which is a graphical format of the personality analysis you created (see attachment for image of what I have in mind) and compares it to the average for all the members that have completed the survey. This would be built in HTML/PHP and displayed on the screen.
- The admin has a link at the top of the admin dashboard that shows the system statistics as to how many surveys have been completed, and what the average interest is in each of the 74 areas.
- The survey and site are complete.
Requirements:
I require the following functionality to be built in Wordpress PHP and Formidable Forms Pro.
1. It will be your job to design the analysis approach and methodology for how to compare one site member to another. For example, examine those that said they are interested in only Female or Male members. Or examine those that said they like music, then to a detailed level, they like Jazz music.
2. The PHP analysis engine needs to be designed and built that will analyze each member to create a personality profile. This can be done at the time of survey completion, or in real time depending on which way you the programmer wishes to approach the task.
3. You will need to create the list page that shows those people that match the logged in members personality based on your criteria and analysis approach.
4. Create the personality profile page for the member to see. This pulls the analysis for the member and shows it in graph and HTML/PHP format on the screen.
5. Create a list page that shows the average information for all users in the system, plus the statistics for how many users completed the survey, etc and results from each personality area you created.
Milestones:
1. When you bid on this project, please be accurate. I will ignore and delete all bids that are placeholders in order to generate a response to the bid.
2. When you bid on this project, please reply saying you understand that custom analysis and backend statistical programming is required as part of this project.
3. When you bid, you agree that milestones will be created one at a time, and a new one created when the previous one was released. This is to prevent money from being tied up in the event that you cannot deliver satisfactorily on the project.
4. This project will be broken down into 4 milestones with the last one being released after satisfactory demo and delivery of the entire solution. The first one will be created only after you have presented to me a satisfactory approach methodology, and analysis architecture on how you plan to analyze the survey results based on the attached personality results example. Milestones 2, 3, and 4 will be created once the milestone before it is released. My good rating history is proof that I pay for work completed, and maintain a good client to programmer relationship.
5. This project is paid in Canadian Dollars since that is where I am from. Please do not ask to be paid in USD, you will be paid in CDN.
