Form digitization and automation
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I am looking for someone who can digitalize all existing form and create a workflow.
following workflow with forms:
- Students fill up relevant form ( Leave absence, withdrawal, deferral) via our website and upload supporting documents. ( Form should have document uploading field)
- By default, form submission notification received by relevant campus Manager and SSO email. ( Let’s segregate campus location on form, this will eliminate confusion)
- SSO review form received and advise student via reply comment. ( If reply comment field can be added)
- If forms and supporting documents are correct SSO advise Campus Manager/ authorised staff to act on forms.
- Campus Manager/ authorised staff will either approve or decline with reason.
- Once campus Manager / authorised staff action on form, student will receive email advising that decision has been made on their request.
Overall I am looking for a consultant who can advise what platform can be best for above automation. Currently we have our own CRM which doesn't allow any integration so we will take third party subscription which should have following capacity.
- Digital form
- Digital signature ( Something like DocuSign)
