We need a forum builder using laravel + mongodb or mysql.
The form builder should have backend are where the new forms can be build or the existing forms can be copied. Validation setting, required fields, messages etc should be set for the form.
Each form will have its own collection and from the admin section we should able to see the data and export the data in csv.
