For website maintenance

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me with website maintenance. In particular, I need someone who can help me add new features to my custom-built website. I'm open to suggestions and would appreciate someone with creative ideas in this area. Ideally, the freelancer should have a solid understanding of web development and coding and be able to provide guidance in the implementation of new features. Any experience with custom-built websites would be an added bonus.
