For today and tomorrow - Laravel openai Embedding

To make it simple lets do JUST THIS PART
- create a simple blank page with one input box and a send buttom
- generate the vectors for the typed text and search my database for similaries (I already have this mysql table with data in one collumn named reply)
- select replies that are related to the typed text and show them at the screen
NO NEED TO DO THE OPENAI integration, this I will do later.
So, I need someone that has had experience with embedding before
