Job Description:
Our YII PHP based store is fully functional except for three critical issues that need immediate attention. We’re looking for an experienced WooCommerce developer to resolve them:
1. Product Description Missing in Cart
• Issue: When adding a product to the cart, only the product code (CODS) appears instead of the full description (name, image, attributes).
• Expected Fix: Cart should display complete product details (like the shop page).
2. ZIP Code-Based Shipping Fees Not Calculating
• Issue: The site does not apply location-specific shipping fees based on the customer’s postal code.
• Expected Fix: dynamic shipping rates (e.g., using Shipping Zones or like Table Rate Shipping).
3. Guest Checkout Rejects Repeat Emails
• Issue: The system blocks the same email address from being used for multiple guest checkouts (should be allowed).
• Expected Fix: Disable email validation for guest orders or modify the checkout process.
Additional Notes:
No other bugs – the rest of the site works perfectly.
