Flutter Template API and database connection

We have a food delivery app designed through ionic framework and the web admin panel is designed using codeigniter. Our end apps both for android and ios need a good look. We have a flutter template and we'd like it to be linked with our API call, database and the backend. The backend, database and api folder has already been designed. The apps in ionic cordova have also been built but we want to use the flutter template
