• Order Process for the Restaurant: When the restaurant receives an order, they can choose the delivery option during order processing. If they choose to self-deliver, the restaurant takes responsibility for delivery and informs the customer of delivery details. If they choose to assign the delivery to a driver on RestoClic, the system suggests drivers from whom they must choose one, considering the driver's proximity and availability.
• Delivery Tracking: The restaurant and the customer can track delivery progress in real-time via the application. Push notifications are sent to the customer when the order is being delivered and when it is delivered.
