Flutter & Dart Expert needed to configure Google Maps on Web Only

I am looking for a Flutter and Dart expert to help my developer troubleshoot an issue where Google Places API does not provide search suggestions, and also some images that show on the app does not show on the web or desktop.
Note everything works fine in the mobile application, except on browsers.
You will be meeting with my developer on Skype IST working hours, for 2 hours maximum at $25/hour. Attached is a sample error we are getting:
