Flutter Conversion of Laravel+Vue Platform -- 3
Budget: $8 – $15 AUD
I’m ready to translate my existing Laravel + Vue website into a single Flutter codebase that ships cleanly to both Android and iOS. The site revolves around its real-time chat, file-upload and bidding modules, so the mobile experience must replicate each of those journeys without compromise.
Chat is the heartbeat of the product and needs to feel instantaneous on mobile. Text, images, and documents are already supported on the web; the new app must also let users attach pre-recorded videos from their device and place them in the same folder structure we use online. Recording video inside the app isn’t required—simple selection and upload is enough.
Beyond chat, the usual file-upload view and the bidding workflow should mirror the current Vue interface, talking to the existing Laravel APIs for authentication, data and notifications. If you prefer GraphQL over my REST endpoints, mention it and we can evaluate, but the back-end stays Laravel.
Deliverables
• Full Flutter source in Git, clean commits and clear structure
• AAB/APK for Android, IPA/TestFlight build for iOS, plus step-by-step build notes
• README covering environment variables and how the app points to the live Laravel instance
• Functionality parity: chat (with video upload), file uploads and bidding all working, no crashes on the latest Android & iOS versions
Once the above is met and reviewed, I’ll handle App Store and Play Store listings, so the hand-off needs to be production-ready. Let me know if you’ve done similar Laravel-backed Flutter conversions and how you’d tackle background uploads and push notifications.
