Flutter App User Management Dashboard

I'm looking for a specialist who can develop a user management dashboard for my Flutter and Firebase app. This dashboard should enable me to:
1. Approve and deny user submitted photos
2. View and manage reports about users
3. Handle user profile reviews - more specifically to delete and suspend them
I also need a system implemented that automatically removes photos from the database when they are rejected or deleted. Experience in Dart and Firebase is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of mobile app development and user management system design necessary for the success of the project.
