Florida Realty WP Redesign
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Our WordPress site for a Florida real-estate office is live on its own hosting.
I’ve installed the core theme I want to use; now I need a developer who can turn that bare-bones setup into a polished, fully branded front end and make the IDX searches shine.
Here’s what I’m after:
• Complete visual overhaul of every public-facing page so they share a cohesive style that matches our logo, colors, and South-Florida vibe.
• Will need individual pages and elements for: real estate sales; real estate purchases; mortgage lending; title clsoing services; Property management; and construction services.
• Need strong lead capture forms for each service category.
• Deep styling of IDX Broker plugin: custom search bar placement, refined result layouts, and smooth integration with the new design so visitors never notice they’ve left WordPress when browsing listings.
• Need integration with IDX Addons webhooks with MLS API's for goHighLevel triggers and workflows.
• Mobile-first responsiveness, quick load times, and ADA-friendly contrast and font sizing.
• Disruption to the current hosting environment is ok, but work must be done fast.
Acceptance criteria
– New theme customizations applied site-wide with zero broken links or layout glitches.
– IDX search, results, and property-detail views styled to match the redesigned pages and fully functional on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
– A brief hand-off call or screen-share plus written notes on any custom templates or CSS so my in-house staff can manage routine edits.
