Flight Schedule Comparison & Reporting Tool

Job description:
1) Every week I receive:

a) Future flight schedules for the next two weeks (5 PDF files),
b) Permissions given for the above flights (1 xlsx file).

I need to compare each PDF file to the xlsx file and find the differences between the flight intentions and the permissions given for these flights.
There are multiple types of differences like times, aircraft type, origin/destination etc.
The results should be separated into different files according to the airline (based on a 2 or 3 letter code).
These different files should be sent to different recipients (the airlines) automatically from a specific email list accompanied by a predetermined text (naming the times/airport etc.).
When I receive a response from an airline, I should be able to classify the answer as accepted or not.

2) After the actual flights are operated, I receive:
a) The flights list as operated (5 PDF files),
b) Permissions given for the above flights (1 xlsx file).

If the actual flight was operated as in the intention list (No1) it should also be included in the email.
3) I should be able to export statistics (on demand for airport, period etc) for the whole season (April to October).
