Flash Sale Video Automation – Shopee Affiliate

The objective of this project is to build a fully automated system to increase revenue from Shopee Affiliate without the need for live streaming or manual posting. The system will:

Automatically fetch flash sale and top-selling products from Shopee.
Generate short promotional videos automatically using AI avatars or text-to-speech.
Post videos to Shopee Video and Shopee Feed with affiliate links.
Optionally, recycle the content to other social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) to maximize reach.





2. Scope of Work



2.1 Product Data Fetching


Fetch flash sale / top-selling products via Shopee API or web scraper.
Filter products by:
Discount ≥ 30–40%
Commission ≥ 8%
Sales volume ≥ 50–100 units

Store product data in database for automated processing.



2.2 Video Creation Automation


Generate short promotional videos (10–30 seconds) for each product.
Include product images, price, discount, and promotional text (e.g., “Today Only!”).
Use AI avatar or text-to-speech to narrate product promotion.
Support multiple versions per product for A/B testing.



2.3 Automated Posting


Schedule automatic posting of videos to Shopee Video / Feed.
Include affiliate links in each post automatically.
Optional: Cross-post to TikTok, Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels.



2.4 Analytics and Reporting


Track performance metrics:
Click-through rate (CTR)
Conversion rate / sales generated via affiliate links
Engagement per video

Display results on a dashboard (Google Data Studio / Web Dashboard).



2.5 Optional Features


Chatbot integration for Shopee Live Chat to answer customer queries and send affiliate links.
Automatic notifications for new flash sales or expiring promotions.
