Fixing a web app based on php
Budget: $25 – $100 USD
With a freelancer help, I have developed a web app based on php that and I need to fix and improve.
Note: it is important to remark this work must be in tested by me on "test environment" first, before to place it in our pages.
Timeline: April 20th must be finished. No extensions.
What we need to fix:
1. Closed voting questions allow users submit their votes after a question have been closed. This is not acceptable.
2. User session is being close suddenly (See attached video)
3. Banner of "tiempo restante para Asamblea" (Remaining time for the assembly) it is showng each time an user is exploring their app. That banner must be available only when is time remaining to start the assembly.
To improve, we need:
Removing the "online quorum checker" that we have as administrator. We dont need it. (Please see attached images)
Removing the "online quorum checker" (quorum actual) for users too. (Please see attached images)
Make clock more nice and bigger.
Make letters bigger in appearence for "results" (resultados), because we take "Screen shots" for building "statements" and making browser page bigger doesn´t work well for us (See picture)
We need to highlight in red bold and bigger letters that "there is a voting process in progress", I mean "Votaciones en curso".
We need to show in history for users if they have voted per each question "You voted for this question" ("Usted ya votó en esta pregunta" - See attached picture)
Changing the word in button "Voto" to "Enviar Voto" (See attached picture)
Make letter bigger and bold for "hemos recibido satisfactoriamente su votación" (we have received your vote). (See attached picture)
Make grahics more friendly for users (See attached picture)
Remove header in user interface (see attached picture) and let only a "back to webpage button" (Volver a la página web).
Warning: We need the same work for 2 different pages, because we have the same app for 2 different pages and different logos and domains.
Separately, without being part of this project, I need to quote the cost of embedding a zoom meeting (streamed live directly from zoom or from youtube, whichever saves more space and web resources). Please tell me the necessary resources to be able to do this integration (web app and meeting), where at least 1000 people can be connected at the same time.
