Fixing the 'customer_id' database table that is out of sync and slow on WordPress

I want to work with developers who are good at communication and make sure you really understand WordPress n SQL databases.
The problem I experienced was quite strange and sudden, because previously it was normal but after working with the developer (I also don't want to accuse), suddenly this problem occurred. So what I mean is, you can first suspect and get the root of the problem.
The problem that occurs is that the customer_id is not synchronized, which should be 13 to 10 and it takes 5 minutes for the wp_wc_order_product_lookup and wp_wc_order_stats tables to be updated. While the other tables are updated immediately after payment.
