Fixing the bulk email CodeIgniter 3 Script

I am looking for a freelancer to fix the bulk email functionality in my existing CodeIgniter 3 script. This project is for personal use and I have the script that needs to be fixed. The specific issue I am experiencing is with sending emails. Currently I want to send Minimum 10K mails per hours. It is a email marketing script. You can have to setup the amazon ses, but make sure that it doesn't block the mail or script to do this
