Fixing mail Issue on our server

Hello, i have website ready, when customer enquiry from website site owner received it customer enquiry mail in mail inbox. only the other email provider like gmail,yahoo,outlook customer with email sending enquiry then site owner did not recieved it enquiry in inbox. looking experience person fixed it asap.

its urgent job. i want to right start now.
