Fixing loading issue within the application

We have an application with multiple sections within it and we have noticed that pages loading at the same time when anything has been updated, looks like an ajax issue but we need to fix this as soon as possible. you will be able to check the site and codes structure of course. You need to be familiar with Laravel framework as well as an expert in major coding language as Javascript,PHP etc.
