Fixing issues with website

My site hollajack.com is having issues. I need long-term fixes for some of the plugins that are breaking down when doing updates (cant tell if it is WCFM or Woocomerce custom product designer) and need some help getting them operational again. I'm specifically looking to switch out a T-shirt design plugin with WCFM with fancy product designer (which would need customizations), if that is not possible I need the current product designer to get a more permanent fix. I want to switch the theme and the child theme, and there is an odd issue with the PHP update that had to be done from the file manager and broke the designer plugin. I can send a video to give a clwearer idea on what I am looking to have done if needed.
