Fix woocommerce telegram bot fetching errors and proxy issue

HI! I have a new woocommmerce site and I am using woocommerce telegram bot that was bought from codecanyon. I built multilanguage website, but bot does not support multilanguage and not fetching products even in origin language. Can you offer me your solutions but my budget is very limited.
