Fix website issues

I urgently need a person to fix the site (registration doesn't work now - customers can't register). We have to solve all the problems of the site (see photo) and set a new theme (you just have to set it correctly, it is already installed). It has to be a quick job, 2-3 days at the most. I am looking for seriousness and precision. Only people with experience. Thank you.
