Fix uncaught error on woocomerce plugin

I have a plugin we have been using for some time, and it worked perfectly, recently I think an update of woocommerce has made the plugin stop working, however the plugin is no longer supported and the latest version completely crashes the site

I need a woocommerce PHP expert who can asses and fix the error, we are unable to export any PDF reports
