Fix the api fetching the lowest price from scrap

I have an api scraping for a flight website that api also store data in specific logic and parameter, however war era have found that the api do not fetch the lowest price and as we use this for price compare on meta search engine this means we will not get any bid. The ascending code is there an the api fetch all data, the issue when there is few flight it fetch correct other occasions not

Deliverables
Achieve that the api call for the lowest price for all parameters (one way, round trip, multiple destinations, for all kind of classes I.e. any class, economy, economy premium, business and first class)
